Our Castle Rock location had an unfortunate credit card processing failure. Over the past few months several customers were not billed at all resulting in the need to process charges now.

We deeply apologize for the failure of our credit card processor company and hope you will understand and help our small family business weather this issue. We do not have many customer phone numbers, or we would have called each customer personally.
